Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days. Delivery after dispatch:

- United States (48 states): 3–7 business days — shipped from our NJ or CA fulfilment center
- Mainland UK: 1–3 business days
- Germany & Spain: 2–4 business days (DHL)
- Other EU countries: 4–7 business days (DHL Express), depending on destination
- Canada: 5–8 business days — shipped from our Ontario fulfilment centre
- Australia: 5–10 business days — nationwide coverage

Orders outside the EU/UK may be subject to local import duties and taxes, payable by the recipient.

Free standard shipping applies to the US (48 states), Canada, mainland UK, Germany, Spain, and Australia — no minimum order. For other destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Remote, northern, and regional areas (including Tasmania and NT in Australia) may take slightly longer or attract a carrier surcharge. Full tracking details are sent by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
• Clear photos of the item, original packaging, and shipping label are required for review.
• For approved manufacturing defects, we will offer a full refund or an appropriate resolution, including free return shipping if applicable.
  

Returns

• Returns are accepted only in cases of damage, defects, or order errors on our side.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Returns will not be accepted without the original box and protective packaging.
  

Returns are not accepted if:

• an incorrect size, color, or style was selected;
• the item does not fit your space or expectations;
• you change your mind after purchase;
• damage occurred after delivery;
• delivery failed due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability.

Please note

• Payment processing fees are non-refundable in the event of an order cancellation or refund. These fees are retained by the payment processor regardless of order status.
  

Custom Orders

• Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• All items are handcrafted from solid mango wood and premium materials, natural variations are normal.
• Keep furniture away from direct sunlight, radiators, and moisture to prevent warping or fading.
• Use coasters or placemats to protect surfaces from heat and liquids.
• Wipe spills immediately with a lint-free cloth and clean regularly with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Occasionally polish unpainted wood with natural beeswax to preserve sheen.
• Upholstered parts: vacuum with a soft brush, fluff cushions weekly, keep out of direct sunlight.
• Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.
